Roger founded the firm in 1986 after leaving Cardiff firm Phillips & Buck.

Roger has established a department that is at the forefront of the commercial property market in Wales, with a loyal and significant personal following.

Chambers and Partners Guide to the UK Legal Profession describes Roger as a ‘star’ and an ‘extremely bright lawyer’. He was nominated as ‘Welsh Property Lawyer of the Year’ in the Welsh Property Awards 2007.
