Alice Prendergast

Alice joined the firm in 1996, and has assisted in building up the reputation and size of the commercial property department.

Alice acts for all the major banks and specialist lenders with regard to commercial property transactions both in relation to development and acquisition work.

Alice is also responsible for several overseas clients dealing with their property portfolios and UK-based companies. Her work covers all aspects of acquisition, leasing, secured lending and selling of all manner of commercial property.

Her recent transactions involve:

• The remortgage of a portfolio of in excess of 80 properties for a major lender.
• The development and leasing of a large site to a major bank in the Cardiff Bay area
• The purchase of a pension fund of a commercial property with funding and leaseback in the Cardiff area.
